The other day I had the house to myself.

and little miss 1.

we walked.

played at the park.

she pretended to go to school while I cleaned.

and cleaned.

and clean some more.

I'm what you call a mess cleaner. That means when I tackle a cleaning project- I tackle it, wrestle it to the floor, and beat it into submission. So, what started out as me getting the kitchen tidy turned into:

Cleaning and organizing the pantry.

Now imagine not being able to walk in the pantry.
 That was the "before".

Organizing the laundry room and emptying the last unpacked box of odds and ends.

I think this is why I don't do major cleanings that often. I go crazy. I tear the house apart and kill myself putting it back together.
